The Zandvoorts Museum is closed during the following holidays: January 1, April 26, December 25, 26, 31 and during the installation and dismanteling of coming exhibitions.

The museum is accessible for wheelchair users.

The Museum has the following rules and guidelines:
Since art work and historical objects are particularly vunerable, umbrellas and bags larger than A-3 should be deposited in the lobby or put in the lockers available near the toilets.

Large bags, umbrellas and bottles containing liquids may not be brought into the Museum rooms and should be left at the reception area where lockers are available.  Smoking is prohibited throughout the building.

Every visitor to the museum shall respect personal safety and the instructions of museum personnel. If deemed necessary, visitors may be required to cooperate with a security search when entering or leaving the museum.

Visitors are asked not to touch and not to approach art objects too closely.

An adult or chaperone must accompany all small children at all times and they are responsible for their safety and discipline.  School tours must be led by a teacher or counsellor and at least one supervisor is required for a group of 10 children.

Security cameras are present throughout the Museum. Eating, drinking, smoking  and using mobile phones are not permitted in the exhibition areas.

Taking photographs or filming is permitted.
